ReplyDeleteI am here to lodge a complaint that payment of Rs. 470.82 made on 04 Oct 2021 from my Payment Wallet for JioFiber No. 4035878708 (recharged with Plan 399 i.e. Rs. 470.82 with GST) has not been credited towards the JioFiber number even after expiry of 48 Hours.

ReplyDeleteIn respect of above mentioned subject I had made a payment from my mobile no 7039967964 by PAYTM Rs. 8000 at 3.12 pm on 18/10/2021 transaction id 36604707749 to Mr. Laxmikant Aambekar whose mobile no. 9967442190. But Mr. Laxmikant Aambekar told me that till date i have not received that said payment in his account.
As above mentioned amount deducted from my account and PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL i received massage from PAYTM .
Kindly look into the matter and refund my payment in my account at the earliest.

ReplyDeleteYesterday I used PAYTM(9994834468@paytm) to transfer the money of Rs. 10,000/- to a customer who is also having PAYTM app(av9010555701@paytm). Successfully the transaction was done with the mobile number. But the money he received was unlinked bank account from Bank of Baroda, this account was never used before. The account name was Botta Madhavi, it says it is linked with av9010555701@paytm. He only have Cannara Bank A/C.
In Bank of Baroda they are advising me not to do UPI transactions, when they checked, it was true that this amount was transferred to Botta Madhavi.
I think you understood this issue, I kindly request you to take necessary steps and to get my amount soon.
